Equine Services

Our equine program, now open to the public for bookings, is designed to help reactive horses become more comfortable and calm around various farm environments. The program focuses on desensitizing horses to common farm equipment and animals, including dogs, cats, cows, machinery, and even children. This comprehensive approach helps horses improve their behavior and reactions in diverse, often unpredictable, situations.

 

The program runs for a duration of four weeks, providing ample time for horses to adjust and progress at their own pace. Full agistment is included throughout the horse’s stay, ensuring they are well cared for and monitored during the entire process. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where both horses and their owners can see lasting improvements in behaviour and confidence.

Program Inclusions

- 1 hour active engagement 5 days per week. This will be in the form of Riding or Lunging or halter walking depending on horses' temperament.

- Exposure to machinery directly adjacent to fence line daily

- Cows paddocked adjacent to fence line

- Dogs able to roam adjacent to fence line
